Posters

Concert posters, theater posters, movie posters, advertising posters, and all other types of posters.

Note about posters for theater productions: If there are several identical posters for one production where the only thing that differs is the date/place/time, then it is only necessary to deposit one of them. The National Library does not require a copy of each poster per place and date on a theatre tour for example. This goes for both printed and digital posters.

To avoid damage to the posters, we kindly request that they are packed flat, or alternatively in a tube or roll. The posters must not be folded.

Postcards

Topographic cards, holiday cards, greeting cards, attention cards, and all other types of cards.

Both posters and postcards should be deposited in two copies.

The publisher and the printing house are responsible for the deposit. If the posters/postcards are printed abroad or the publisher has produced them themselves, the publisher is responsible for the deposit.

In addition to physical copies, the digital source material (printing source material) is also subject to legal deposit. We request files of the highest possible quality. Print source materials can be submitted here.

The costs are covered by the one who deposits.
