Municipal, county and government puplications

Municipalities, counties, state and government organisations and the like shall deposit:

• Publications intended for distribution beyond a closed circle. Publications solely created for internal use should not be deposited
• Publications that are only published digitally
• Digital edition of reports, investigations, notes, plans, guides, etc. It is not necessary to submit a printed version of this type of material
• Three printed copies of books, magazines, maps, and sheet music. In addition, you should also submit the print source material, which means the digital files used as the basis for printing the publication
• Two printed copies of informational material, advertisements, brochures, and leaflets, postcards, and posters

Digital files can be submitted through this form (login via Altinn). We ask that you submit the final version, which means the files used to produce physical copies. The files should be of the highest possible quality.
