Terms and conditions

1. Registration

Registration for the DAISY Technical Meeting 2026 is binding. By registering via our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Fees and Payment

The participation fee is 150 euro. Payment is made upon registration.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Any change of participant name must be communicated to the organizer no later than 10 days before the conference.

4. Changes and Cancellation of the Event

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program. If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

5. Privacy

We use your personal information to take payment, give you access to the event, and send you important updates about the event. We handle your information according to Norwegian data protection law and the GDPR. Payments are handled by Nets. You can read more about how we use personal data in our privacy statement.
