All orders are dispatched as trackable packages within 1–2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number.

No Norwegian VAT applies to orders sent outside Norway. The invoice will include shipping costs (see below). 

Retailers purchasing goods for resale may be eligible for special shipping rates. Please contact salg@nb.no for more information.

Cancellation and return of international orders

Under Norwegian law, you have the right to change your mind and receive a refund. Please email salg@nb.no within 14 days of receiving the goods, specifying the affected item(s). After you have contacted us to request a refund, you will have 14 days in which to return the goods. For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
