ILL – policy statement	Interlending and copying services
Loan period and charges	Loan period for books: 30 days, for serials: 14 days. No interlending of AV-media.
Observations / specifications on loan	User registered with PIN-code is required for all interlibrary lending. Rush orders are accepted for an extra fee DKK 50,00 (EUR 7,00) Reservations and renewals are accepted. IFLA Vouchers are not accepted.

Charges for photocopies	Copies up to 10 pages delivered by mail are charged DKK 25,00 (EUR 3,50); more than 10 pages: DKK 40,- (EUR 6,-). Copies sent by fax: DKK 50,00 (EUR 7,00) + as above.
