NorNE (Norwegian Named Entities) is the same text corpus as the Norwegian Dependency Treebank (NDT), but is in addition tagged with named entities. The corpus contains some 600.000 word tokens, 300.000 each for Norwegian Bokmål and Norwegian Nynorsk, respectively. See the pdf-file (norne.pdf) for a short description of the corpus, format and annotation. NorNE has been created in a collaboration between Schibsted Media Group, the National Library of Norway and the Language Technology Group at the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo.
