The Norwegian Jazz Discography Internet Project

This is a presentation of Johs Bergh's book "Norwegian Jazz Discography 1905-1998", published in 1999 by The Norwegian Jazz Archives.

This version was published on the Internet in March 1999, and is part of a larger cooperation between The Norwegian Jazz Archives and the National Library of Norway, Rana Division.

The next phase of the project is an extensive and updated database version of Norwegian Jazz Discography. This is available at www.jazzbasen.no, where you will find advanced search possibilities and a continually updated database, containing historical overviews, biographies, photographs and sound clips.
